Refund policy
We do not offer any refund service.
We only offer exchange service if the products being delivered has defect from production, damage during course of delivery and wrong item sent. Products purchased from distributor or Sample Sales events are are not eligible for exchange service.
To proceed with exchange, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt, Leather Lab reserves the right not to process any request made after 14 days.
EXCHANGE SERVICE
1. After receiving the good from courier, please immediately check the product if there are any worn, tear or damage, and whether the good conforms with your order detail.
2. If defect or damage are found, you can take a photo stating your phone number/email and order number and send it to our customer service within 14 days of receipt, stating your phone number/email and order number, we will assist you throughout the exchange process.
3. You can select the following options for exchanging item:
o Exchange at store: Please bring along your receipt and the item to our store for exchange.
o Exchange via SF Express: Arrange to ship the item back to 1809 international company Ltd office by SF Express. Please include the receipt inside the package. 1809 international company Ltd will bear the delivery cost for both ways.

4. We will perform a final inspection on your item to ensure it is in a resalable condition before processing your exchange. In case it does not pass our inspection, we will arrange to deliver the item back to you at your own cost.
The following conditions must be fulfilled for exchange:
· The product is damaged from delivery
· The product has defect from production
· The product remains in original packaging
· No sign of use, wear and tear or intentional damage
* In case of any dispute on the exchange, the decision from 1809 international company Ltd shall be final.
